No experience required. Open to all experience levels and gender identities. Ages 18+.

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress in fitness attire that you can move easily in. Bonus if your outfit also makes you feel sexy! Fishnets, gloves, knee pads, and sturdy heels are optional. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water.
